Review on 🍪 Set of 2 Chicago Metallic Commercial II Traditional Uncoated Jelly-Roll Pans, 16-3/4 by 12-Inch by Justin Cage

The product appeared to be durable but it wasn't. Simply taking it in and out of the oven will leave deep scratches on the underside. I roasted beef bones for broth and they got blotchy. Even after extensive washing I could not completely remove the stains. I was using it to fry mushrooms (this time on parchment paper) and it was getting late after dinner so I piled the dishes for the morning. I put a pot on it and in the morning a hole formed where the pot had been. No amount of scraper could polish it smooth again. This has never happened to me with my other baking pans. Disappointing - I have baking sheets. I wanted something heavy that could do more than just bake cookies. It's not like this. It can only be used when it is covered with something for protection and you need to cover it to protect the floor.
