I was recently let down by Revant, a brand whose menswear I had always considered to be of the highest standard. The quality of their customer support, alas, was quite low. When the shoes I ordered from their website finally came, I discovered that they were the incorrect size. I called Revant's customer support to inquire about an exchange, but the agents I spoke with were uninformed and uninterested in assisting me. I tried to get in touch with you several times, but I never received a response. This left a bad taste in my mouth as someone who places a premium on excellent customer care. Revant's dedication to quality is admirable, but if they want to keep their clients around, they need to step up their game in the customer service department. I can't give my stamp of approval until they fix this problem.
