What sets this charger apart from the others is that it actually has an information display. Most other chargers in this price range only have gauges showing what stage of the charge/conditioning cycle they are at. This charger displays (among other things) the charging voltage and the battery percentage. With other chargers, you really can't tell how low your battery is. This shows you in 20% increments. A very nice feature. I ended up using grommets and attaching them to the battery terminals. Like many newer cars, my car has the positive and negative terminals in the engine compartment because the battery is in the trunk. They are about 30 inches apart and the alligator clips didn't have enough wire to span that distance. I wish there was more wire on the alligator clips. Otherwise I am very satisfied with this charger.
