I work from home late every day and spend most of the day in this chair. I'm pretty comfortable. Most of the chairs were fairly easy to assemble, but installing the casters was a little tricky; The holes they go in were a bit small. The instructions said to press hard until you heard them click, but that didn't really work, and even after hearing the click, the wheels popped out when I sat in the chair and tried to move. In the end what? The best way is to take a hammer and hit the reels to go as far as possible. Probably not the best idea, but it worked, nothing broke and the wheels are stable now. One star off for the castor issue, but otherwise a very good, sturdy chair!
