Of each 2 channel relay purchased only 1 channel worked

Ordered 3 packs. Only 2 channels worked on each of the relays. I confirmed it by swapping the wiring from channel 1 to channel 2 on all 3 and still only channel 2 worked. I hate to say it but better buy elsewhere. I only noticed other reviews about a similar problem when ordering. I can't believe all 3 only worked halfway.
