Review on 🔌 Premium Cosmoska Black Aluminum Fuel Filter Cap with Pressure Port - Ford Powerstroke 6.0L 2003-2007 by Joe Roberts

I bought this in hopes I could use it to check the fuel pressure on my 6.0 Powerstroke. Unfortunately I haven't had time yet. A small issue is that the o-ring that came with it is the wrong size so I had to reuse what was on the old cap. I contacted the seller and he gave me a small partial refund for it. You must be careful when installing; any little notch will damage it. Good thing the lid holds pressure, there are no leaks. I've left the Schrader valve on and haven't had any leakage issues so far. To properly test fuel pressure at 6.0, you must monitor it when the engine is under load. So I attached a pressure gauge with an extended hose to ride while keeping an eye on the pressure. The problem is that there is not enough clearance above the valve with the hose attached to close the hood. So I figured I would take out the schrader valve and adjust it to 90. Unfortunately the threaded hole at the top of the cap is NOT 1/8NPT. I haven't found a suitable size 90 yet. For this reason I cannot recommend this cap. I would look for one that has a 1/8 NPT port.
