I wanted to switch to a full face helmet for additional safety and also to have the ability to wear my glasses for better vision while riding.Pros: Nice looking, bluetooth works great for phone, phone navigation, using Pandora for music, fairly light weight, and customer service (helmet fit really tight with XXL and company sent me replacement padding for largest size in about 3 days!)Cons: Even with the largest size padding for helment it still fits tight but manageable, the control knob is a little tricky to figure out. Not the best sound for music. The WORST by far is that the visor and the sun shield get extremely fogged up (no way to see out of it.period).Overall I am happy with the purchase and the customer service and support. Once I figure out how to keep the visor from fogging and get the padding worked in to fit better this will be a great helmet.I would purchase this product again and my purchase one for my wife in the future.
