Everything I need in one set
This is the second banneton I've bought, this set is perfect. I used it with cloth and it worked very well. It didn't stick to it and it was very easy to clean the fabric of flour residue. My sourdough bread is smaller (about 450 grams) but this banneton can easily be used for a larger size.
