Let's face it. This is meant to be a "bamboo" tray table and yes there is some bamboo in the design. The tables are very cheaply made. The table top is NOT actually bamboo but a chipboard material made to look like bamboo. The legs are made of bamboo, the rim around the tray is made of bamboo, but this product is not made of 100% bamboo. My tables (set of 2) arrived and one was damaged. The tiny screws they use to attach the bottom bracket aren't long enough to penetrate the material and the screw came out. The tiny clips used with the screw were also missing and it looked like someone damaged them, sent them back and then someone just taped the box shut and sent it back. Luckily I had some wood glue and I was able to put the bracket back in place by dropping a drop of glue in the screw holes and it looks like it will work. One of the other bolts holding the bottom support bracket wasn't even fully tightened. Yes, I took another screwdriver and took care of it. So beware buyers, they are cheap for some reason. They will serve their purpose perfectly as spare countertops on our boat but I don't expect them to last long. revenge Consider changing the description of this item as you are basically false advertising.
