I tried it for the first time last night. I don't know if it was how I applied it, but it felt tight. As he lay in bed, he felt heavy. All of this happened while I was trying to sleep, which took some time. I didn't feel any difference when sleeping. I'll do a few more tries before I give my opinion. I tried it again yesterday and I think it made my skin itch. I haven't worn it for a long time.
