Great product at a great price. The seller was excellent. I ordered the single rail bypass system but realized after installation that it wold not work with the doors I purchased. I contacted the seller to see if they could send me the additional parts for the double rail system instead. The seller was super responsive and helpful. Prior to shipping, they work with you to ensure you have everything you need. The follow up, communicate efficiently and effectively, and are more than fair on helping with issues that are entirely not theirs. Despite a need to use this product in a different way than originally purchased, which is due to construction changes on our end and no fault of theirs, Zekoo is a definite choice on this type of hardware.

Instructions were written poor, need to have a drafting person draw up the installation instructions to show the demensions from a common reference point. They don’t tell you what spot to install the different size spacers. The type of mounting I purchased requires more space between the wall and the doors. Finished product is good, suggest looking up U-tube videos on how install the Sliding door hardware

Their customer service is awesome! I purchased the double track but then decided we could do with a single track with bypass. Contacted customer service and they sent the needed hardware for free. Prior to my purchase (both initially and when we changed our plans) they asked for specific measurements, made some suggestions, and made sure their product would work with what I planned to do. I really appreciate that a lot.

I love my new barn doors that I put in my girls bedroom. They are beautiful and very functional now that it allows access to the entire closet easily. This was exactly what we needed for a barn door closet that is in a low clearance room. I hired a contractor to install it. It took him a while to complete this and he said it was definitely more challenging than he anticipated. It does work great, just make sure it is level when you install it. The front and back design allows for barn doors in areas that don't have enough room to slide them open on each side of the doorway.

Extremely hard instructions to understand especially the measurements,it’s as if they are written in a foreign way ,this track has been sitting in my living room uninstalled for around a month now ,I have watched several videos and read many articles and still cannot get it up.I have called several contractors to come install and no one wants to work with it

Used it for custom bypass doors outside a bedroom balcony patio door. Foam filled 2 1/2 doors using lags instead of the provided nuts and bolts to get the clearance

First time getting a quad door pass barn door closet! This is the best hardware! Sturdy! Beautiful! And a great value for the money! Lots of parts but well worth the time and effort to assemble. Everyone has complimented my closet doors that have seen it! And the doors haven’t been painted yet and they still find it stunning!

I didn’t install it my contractor (Luke Johnson Construction ) did. I use it for Barn doors in front of my laundry closet. Looks amazing and I would definitely recommend it

We are very pleased with our barn door installation. The hardware is of good quality and functions well. We made our cedar barn doors. The doors glide smoothly and easily on the rails and we are very pleased with how well the installation went. The overall look of the system is beautiful.

Very sturdy once up. Directions seem to be a bit out of order because if you follow them you end up not being able to use tools as parts are over what you're doing, just use some common sense when putting together and it will be fine.

Originally we received incorrect spacers, but I contacted the seller and they replaced them right away! The hardware is sturdy and very attractive. The instructions could use a little improvement as they were difficult to understand. Overall we are happy with the finished product!

Looks great and works very well. The instructions are maddening! They take a fairly simple task and make It very difficult. For example measurement are given mixed in metric and standard. Then some are given as 4.443 inches, find that on your tape measure. Suggestion just use all metric in your instructions, it would be far easier.

We are still deep into our renovations. We use three sets to replace cheap folding closet doors. The hardware is solid. We are delighted with these.

Everything about this kit was good except for one thing. The steel rail was very sturdy, the rollers were very quiet, the color was uniform throughout. The joining piece for connecting the very heavy rails was less then 1/2 inch by 4 inches. when joined it was the obvious week point. we managed to bend it only a little before we got everything bolted into place. This support piece was unnecessisarily cheap.

After you finally get the hardware up, it is sturdy. I'll give it that. But it has the absolute worse set of instructions ever. Not worth the hassle!
