I purchased two 6-foot bipass door kits for a basement remodel. The kits sat boxed for 2 months and then I altered my design and decided on a single 12ft run with only 2, larger bipassing doors instead of 2 6ft with 4 smaller doors. I was past my return period according to Ebay and contacted the Zekoo customer service asking if I could still return the 2 6ft runs in exchange for a 12ft.Their response was swift and surprising - they informed me that I could still use my purchased hardware and that I only needed 2 plates to join the tracks into a 12ft run. They then offered to ship those pieces free of charge and said that I need not return any of the now extra pieces of hardware from the separate 6ft kits. In my experience such customer service is rare today.As for the hardware itself, it is well made and attractive. I wasn't missing any pieces from the 6-foot kits. The directions could be improved and I suggest reading through a few of the reviewer comments here with helpful suggestions on their installation experiences. Be certain that you use the correct spacer tubes for each step - I mistakingly used the wrong ones installing the first track and when it came time to do the second found that I had to remove all the screws from the first and swap them. Also, if you are remodeling, it is immensely helpful to plan on a solid header above your door frame to tap the screw hardware into. I did and it made large difference in ease and time of instillation not to have to worry about drywall anchors.All in the installation took me about 3 hours with my just above average handyman skills.
