Generally satisfied. I installed it on a full size P/U truck. The trunk is too close to open the tailgate without additional details. I used a 12" extension but a 6" to 8" extension will do. I like the overall function of the bike rack. It was important that the luggage rack does not touch the bicycle frame. It does. Keeps bike safe. The mounting cable did not fit directly to my receiver. I am happy.
