We reluctantly ordered two of these as we have two dogs that are difficult for us to match. The one we received looked like it was a newer model than the other (see shocker on the left, this is a newer model). It was more ergonomic and looked like it had been recently redesigned with a sleeker look. I am thinking of the older of the two models. That being said, the older model doesn't last more than a day on a charge and doesn't pack as much punch as the newer one. We had to put it on 100% and our dog looks slightly annoyed. The newer model is 50% and immediately provides a strong counterplay. We would like to make the collar narrower so that it only works in vibrate mode, but of course due to the strength of older collars this will take a lot longer than we would like. Very disappointed with this old collar and very happy with the new model we bought. When purchasing, please ensure that you are purchasing a newer model.
