Everything was fine with the kit. As others have said, this is easy to do. I did it in a few minutes. The only confusion was that my pump has an additional alarm box on the side of the pump body that senses the pressure, so there is no safety switch in the pump. never mind If your pump made a lot of noise when reassembling, you need to make sure there is a gasket between the top and bottom of the pump housing. Mine was almost as loud as an alarm clock, and since it was next to the master bedroom wall, Mama Bear didn't like the sound at all. I've taken it apart and put it back together a few times and still can't figure it out. Finally, I noticed that there used to be a piece of poetry that fell apart in different years. I simply used gorilla tape around the edges of the top to make a new gasket and put it back together. A blissful calm has been restored and I am no longer afraid of the noise surrounding my marriage.
