Disgusting quality, impossible to use.

Upon unpacking, it was found that the safety pin was broken. Without it, the operation of the compressor is impossible. I do not recommend to buy.

Fits UC-50 pumps

I have a Delta pump, Ultra Clear UC-50 CA. That works great. Just so you know, most of these pumps are made by only a few manufacturers. My parts had the same markings and stamps as HIBLOW. It was very easy. And yes, my parts were real HIBLOW with markings and stamps. Aperture parts say 60 80 ... also works with UC 50. Don't be afraid and buy a cheaper fake or go to your dealer and pay twice as much. Just get this and you'll be up and running in 15 minutes.

Has been working well for a few weeks

Of course it is what it is. Just a kit to replace rotten membranes. And I'm very glad I didn't have to buy a brand new pump. Paying someone too much money to fix/replace something that is so easy to fix is always very frustrating. And all you need is a standard Phillips screwdriver. This repair kit continues to work well with my existing pump. And with this type of product, you get what you pay for. This is my septic system, so the less I have to mess with it the better. I pay a few euros more…

  • Good product for the price

Save some money

Local septic tank charged $250 for the same repair. They wanted $400 for a new pump. I could buy a new pump off Amazon for $270 (one year less warranty). I decided to try my luck and restore it myself. Wa-la. Our pump is working again. mmv. Note: They recommend not rebuilding these pumps more than twice. Watch yt's video first and see how it's done. I opened up my pump and made sure the 2x diaphragms were indeed defective and that the selector switch (older models have a bare screw) was…

It worked! - Motor

This is the first time I have had to fit a reed valve kit to my Hiblow HB80 and I was a little apprehensive but it is actually a very easy repair and the Hiblow website support videos have been really helpful. . If you try this and have an older pump (I have a 2009 model), watch out for the safety switch! At first I thought my repair failed, but I haven't installed the new safety switch yet (it's included and easy to install). After installing a new safety switch, my remanufactured pump is now…

Inexpensive repair kit that is easy to install!

If you own one of these pumps you already know how good they are (durable and quiet). This recovery kit covers the most common (single) problems you should encounter. Installation is simple and straightforward, requiring a screwdriver and wrench. The pump runs on a pair of rubber diaphragms. Eventually, over time (years), these diaphragms will wear away where the rubber flexes. The manufacturer has even built in a safety feature to prevent further damage if the membrane fails. Changing the…

Fixed increased noise after bulkhead!

Everything was fine with the kit. As others have said, this is easy to do. I did it in a few minutes. The only confusion was that my pump has an additional alarm box on the side of the pump body that senses the pressure, so there is no safety switch in the pump. never mind If your pump made a lot of noise when reassembling, you need to make sure there is a gasket between the top and bottom of the pump housing. Mine was almost as loud as an alarm clock, and since it was next to the master…

Amazing money savings!

quality goods! Don't waste your money on plumbers or septic tanks and repair your pump yourself. You can find many videos on YouTube to do this repair. With a quick google you can find the manual for your pump, like I did. Septic wanted to replace my pump, which was only 4 years old, immediately. They indicated that this is common with a diaphragmatic hernia. It cost her nearly $600. The only reason I can think of why it failed is -25 degrees for a week and I'm pretty sure this pump wasn't…

Trust me you can do it!

I am so thankful that they are available online, especially on Amazon. The alarm in my aerobic septic system went off last week and I was concerned. I called the company I have a contract with to determine the cause of the alarm. Within five minutes I was informed that the problem was with my septic air pump and was offered $575 to replace it. It didn't suit me. I did a little research and found that my septic air pump could be repaired with this simple kit and some common household tools…
