I like how easy it was to use! It helped me automate some of my tasks as well as keep track of all our jobs in one place. The customer support team could be more knowledgeable about their product. We are using this software primarily because we have so many different projects going at once and having everything organized has made managing them much easier. This software makes it easy to keep track of our projects as well as our employees. It's very user friendly with its simple interface allowing us to quickly organize our data in order to easily access any information we need. There are some features I have been trying to find in other softwares but they're not included in this one. We've seen an improvement since using this software. The most important thing about this product would be how great it is at organizing all of your work efficiently.
