Their customer service team makes you feel like one of their family members every time I interact with them! They do great work, they care about your job being done right no matter what size it may be - even if that means coming back to correct mistakes later rather than taking shortcuts now so everything looks perfect when its not (this happens all too often). The best part of compuscamps was that it kept track of all my clients, projects, subcontractors, etc. I can't think about anything negative at this time. Some features are not as intuitive as they could be but everything worked well when we used it in our industry. The ease of use, the ability to store all information on one platform, it's easy to find what you need on the go. I wish there was an easier way to search and filter by project. It would be nice if I could filter by client/project owner. Also, I wish I could edit an entry once I've submitted it instead of having to re-submit the form. I like how easy the software is to use. It is intuitive and very user friendly. I also like how you can use the software to make it easy for a new landscape contractor to understand how to do things. The software allows you to keep track of all your projects, including scheduling them in advance with ease! I can't think what else there really would be that i dislike about this piece o' work- it's great!!
