NOT CHEAP! But you will save money in the long run! RJ45 routing is always an issue. I used a cheap single component once for a year and found my speeds mismatched. I had a different cable and even there the speed slowed down from 940Mbps to 15Mbps on CAT6. I had to disconnect everything, reconnect, and then the speed came back. So I switched to these PLATINUM TOOLS connectors and there were no speed issues. If you connect cables at home, that's great. Use sharp scissors to cut the wires off at the very end and insert the wire into the connector. Then use a crimping tool to connect. The small plastic element has holes into which the contacts are pressed. No problems with correct color order, no connection problems. If only these plugs were cheaper!
