I've walked over 10 miles with this backpack and it's awesome! I've trained and run several marathons/half marathons with a four water bottle water belt and this thing is absolutely awful. The strap slips everywhere, water bottles keep falling or dripping/spilling everywhere, storage space is minimal and overall not a good solution. This pack solves all those problems! I particularly like: #1 The backpack is very stable and doesn't slip. I had 2 liters of water in this thing and you don't realize it's in there! #2 Cargo Space - Smartphone, GU packs, running gloves and even an electrolyte drink and the thing is still stable and handy. All elements are easily accessible. #3 Easily Adjustable – Enough space to adjust to different body types. #4 Breathable construction and does not contribute to overheating. Overall I'm very happy with it and makes long-distance running very comfortable. I wish I had bought this many years ago.
