This four cup measuring stick stands up to heat or cold and I often use it in the microwave to heat water for a quick cup of pasta. It's shaped more like a jug than a measuring cup, and it's a really great touch because it's so easy to use. The borosilicate glass is thin and light and feels comfortable in the hand. It's also great as a sauce or juice dispenser, but my favorite way to use it is to make small batches of iced tea. I just stick a ball or sachet in, add boiling water and then ice after soaking. This gives me enough tea for the whole day. When I think about doing it at night, I just add a straw and plant right out of the jar the next day. My subtleties are small. The measurement markings are not very legible and are only on one side of the jug - they must be printed on both sides. Overall, I really like this slim jug.
