I disagree. My kids love the smell and it works perfectly. There was some clotted mucus in mine that I had to scoop out. It looked exactly like the photos posted in another review. I still let my kids use it. It turned out to be a silicone-like ingredient that turned into a gel over time. This is probably why this product is only working so-so for now. I probably won't buy it again, but I'm not worried.
