This material is useless. I bought this large tube hoping to use it for a few years. When I used it for the first time, it came out like water at first and splashed a little on the floor. Luckily it landed on the tile floor so I could clean it up. After that it came out in very small balls, almost a tight seal. I had to lubricate with a tool. The pieces of padding that I attached with a watery liquid seem to be holding up well. The one I attached with the little balls came off after 2 days. It also ran down the caulking gun and onto my hands. I could scrape it off the caulking gun and I was wearing gloves. But there was quite a mess. I will never buy this product again. I have used another brand (Meeco) in the past which came in a small container (not a compact tube) and it has worked very well. Unfortunately this product is no longer available in our local stores. So I thought I'd give this product a try.
