The quality is ok. It's not structural, so I'm not overly concerned, but you can tell it was made without much precision or quality. The ears are screwed on and you can tell they haven't been pre-drilled or cleaned as they have metal dust in them after the screws are in place. Be prepared to clean this before installation or you risk metal. dots floating around could potentially short out something.
