Installed a couple of these lights in an old dark garage and the results were phenomenal. I love the multidirectional properties of this light. This allows me to send more light where it's needed instead of wasting lumens on the ceiling or where the light isn't needed. Just know that when you install it, YOU WILL NOT LOOK AT IT. Look away and make sure the power is off or you'll see spots for the rest of the day. Easy to install - just screw in. It came with a light housing jack that isn't designed for American light boxes, so I didn't even think of using it. Fortunately this was not necessary. I also installed one in my basement and attached a cord to it so I didn't have to leave it on all the time when all the other lights were on. I can just turn it on when I need more light in that area. Innovative design. cost efficient. I see what I'm working on! i love these lights
