When I bought this it was the cheapest version advertised with 8000 Lumens (80W) and good reviews. And that's exactly what it is. Plug and play and my garage is the difference between day and night. This alone lights up my 2 car garage with no dark spots. If it takes a year or more I will justify my money but hopefully it will take much longer.

The light output on these is incredible. I have ten foot ceilings in my 3 1/2 car garage and three of these units create the brilliant effect of a premium car dealership. Everything looks amazing. Build quality is exceptional and I'm pleased to see these devices turn on instantly (compared to the lag with some lighting technologies). Thanks to the swiveling light panels, an ideal light distribution could be achieved. I buy more for the unfinished parts of my basement.

I bought these lamps for our garage because my husband always complains that he can't see anything because our lamps don't give enough light (100W bulb). I don't agree with him but I ordered these lights for him for Father's Day. He says they're perfect, I feel like I'm on Broadway when I turn them on, but he's happy. He ordered two more for his father. He loves his too but now I have to order two more because he had four lamps instead of the two we were told.

Worth knowing #1. THIS KIND OF LED LIGHT. DON'T WEAR BUGSI, got a 120 watt upgrade for our 2 car garage, FYI it was like sunshine in our garage. It's good. So I gave it to a friend who has a bigger garage. He was excited. So I got 80 watts for myself. For a typical 1 or 2 car garage, 80 watts works great. And I think 100 for a 2 car or 2 1/2 car garage would be ideal. Very satisfied. get waterproof/waterproof light for our outdoor lights!

These lamps are good because their spectrum is bright white. I have single LED bulbs that look yellowish compared to these. They simply screw into a standard lightbulb socket, but are larger and may not be suitable for all applications (e.g. in a lampshade). This is false advertising. Don't get me wrong, the light works as expected and is quite bright. The output light can be 3k. If the ads were promoted correctly I would say the price is totally fair, but this is a clear case of people being taken advantage of by offering more numbers than their competitors and hoping nobody knows better. Installed a couple of these lights in an old dark garage and the results were phenomenal. I love the multidirectional properties of this light. This allows me to send more light where it's needed instead of wasting lumens on the ceiling or where the light isn't needed. Just know that when you install it, YOU WILL NOT LOOK AT IT.
