. I had to hold down Mode and Start/Stop for a few seconds to change the hour. 2 VPAL was very responsive and offered to replace it or refund it which I happily declined. Thanks, I replaced the battery and now I can't change the hour. The crazy thing is that the button works because I can change the timer but not the time or the alarm. I've tried pressing, holding, pressing along with the mode, nothing works. I will most likely need another one. If it weren't for that, I'd give it a 5 because the magnet works well, is a good size, and is easy to read. I was very happy until yesterday
