My daughter's original necklace broke and the beads were flying all over the place. It started when she took off her shirt. However, when Efytal found out, not only did they immediately replace her necklace, but they also sent my daughter a handwritten letter with a bonus gift for the inconvenience. They really stand behind their product, quality and customer service. Efytal jewelry is beautiful and I would highly recommend it. And the packaging is great too.
