You want trouble? - Speed and Agility Training

Bought for my grandson for his 12th birthday. However, we tried them all between the ages of 14 and 68. somewhere. These balls are hard and dangerous. You should at least have some protection for your eyes and nose. The oldest teenager was 16 and the youngest adult was 39. These balls can do so much DAMAGE! Would be a good game with a big improvement! "Even bad for adults."
