Exactly as advertised. Strong enough to withstand impact. 1 suggestion If you know you have a big head, maybe buy an extra velcro and make a small adjustable part. But with a medium-sized man's head, everything is fine.

Fun and great exercise

I have this for my kids and for me. It was fun watching them try to figure it out. Once you get the hang of it, it becomes great exercise. The lactic acid burn in my shoulders and triceps let me know it was working. I like the benefits of hitting a speedball mixed in with the benefits of shadow boxing.

Bought for my grandson for his 12th birthday. However, we tried them all between the ages of 14 and 68. somewhere. These balls are hard and dangerous. You should at least have some protection for your eyes and nose. The oldest teenager was 16 and the youngest adult was 39. These balls can do so much DAMAGE! Would be a good game with a big improvement! "Even bad for adults."

This thing is very funny; I got it for a baby but I'm hooked! Such a good stress reliever and the beginner ball doesn't hurt at all when I get hit. However. * The rope folded back twice and once it scratched my eye so much it hurt to undo it for a good 10 minutes. I thought it was an isolated case, but then it happened again!
