This is my first time buying a GPS tracker. I have to say the ad says the plans are only 18, well it turns out the plans start at $24.99 but they don't tell you you're paying for three consecutive months and I ended up paying $74.97. I bought it on 10/01/2020. It's now October 30th and since October 27th it's just not online and I can't get it to work. I charged it, turned it on and off, nothing. I'll call the company tomorrow and find out what's going on. It's ridiculous to pay so much money for something that doesn't work. I hope they help or I get a full refund. We have to wait.
