I like that it's easy to find out what insurance you have with them. It also makes tracking your claims super simple! The only thing I don't really care about is how much my premium costs every month because of the high rates they charge me in California. They're trying to make everything "free" but then charging people an arm & leg for their service. If you want a free option this might not be for you. You can easily get quotes from other providers who offer better deals if you do some research. This was just one of many options we looked at before deciding on mednefit as our health plan provider. We wanted something cheaper than Kaiser Permanente (which we had been using) and easier to use than Kaiser.
