I like that it is very easy to use - there are plenty tutorials if needed! The support team has been great as well!! If anyone asks me about any problems with using this software they always have solutions right away. Nothing at all really dislike-wise but maybe more because we don't need everything offered by other services (we do not offer Groupon). We used Researease in order allow our customers access via their mobile devices while having them fill out forms/tickets when visiting us during normal hours so no one had time just go into town where most businesses did accept credit cards without issue anyways.
