I like how it helps improve my search engine ranking by making good content easy for people to find via Google Search. Not much at this time because they are trying to change their business model from an ad revenue only model to one which will incorporate membership fees. There's not many benefits as yet but i am sure there will be more in future once they implement paid memberships. The personalyzing search results page makes it very easy to use and gives me great insights into what keywords are working best for users so we can further tailor our SEO efforts towards those keywords and topics. The platform is easy to use and has many features. We were able to set up personas for our customers so they would know what we are looking for before contacting us. We used the software to communicate with our customers and get feedback. It was simple to set up and easy to use. I do not have any dislikes about this product. There is nothing at this time that I can think of that I dislike. This system helps us to communicate better with our customers.
