So this device is working but not as you think or even according to the written instructions. Another reviewer said the device was overly sensitive, which is true. I actually bought the tracking device because I needed to make sure it worked. You need to set the sensitivity level to the maximum for the beep to be constant and then go back where there is still a constant but faint beep. You will notice that the beeping will stop as you get close to the tracker. Hey it works but it's horrible that I had to figure out how this thing actually works. For this reason only three stars!
