I bought this unit in 2016 and used it on a hike a few times a month and it worked as expected. But recently she installed it in her new Promaster van and then headed to camp. In the middle of the first day I lost food. The device turned on and charged via USB, but there was no AC output. Now that I'm pretty knowledgeable about stuff like this I figured I'd open it up since it was out of warranty. and what to do, you know. The neutral wire was hanging loose and I could see it was never attached securely at all, it was only wedged about 1/16" into the GFI vehicle so when disassembling I figured I could just plug it in now the unit is working again, my fridge works 24/7 i am posting this just in case someone had a similar problem overall the device is good.
