A stone did not bubble

I have a commercial pump that is over 700 GPH. I bought a pack of two stones but haven't used one in a few months, just plugged in and it doesn't bubble. I exited the return window and only one stone worked. I've tried just plugging in a new brick, still doesn't work. Tried blowing through the stone with a compressor, still doesn't work. Now soak in bleach water will update review if it works. Next time I will try both stones on the day they arrive.
