Seriously this is AWESOME! Eventually someone took over the design of the tray and won. It's large, aesthetic, easy to assemble and the perfect solution to a long-standing problem. I place a Nature's Miracle high-sided litter box right in the hole, and there's room behind it for a large Arm & Hammer litter box. Best of all my big cat has enough space to move around and some privacy from my dog. The bottom edge of the domed opening is flush with the edge of the box, so my cat doesn't have to bend down or stretch his back to get inside. He just does the steps as usual. The "garage door" is great for easy cleaning access and I put a large kennel liner underneath as a drip tray to collect debris. All in all, it was an expensive decision, but I don't care. I am absolutely thrilled that my laundry is finally rid of a chronic eyesore!
