Installed on 2020 RAM 2500 HD. Pros: Works as advertised! Cons: 1. Installation instructions are very basic. Recommend reinforcement and/or supplementation as each harness connects to the module differently. Best color coding for the connectors on the module as it has two white connectors (one was 5 pin and the other was 6 pin) and you have to physically count the pins on the white connector on the wire harness to figure out which white connector it needs. also attach.2. The software does not install immediately and requires more than basic knowledge to work around the following issues - Internet Explorer (IE) is required and you must enable ActiveX in IE! By default, ActiveX is disabled in IE. Until you enable ActiveX, KLON will not "see" your module connected to your computer! The software uses legacy ActiveX, IE and Net2.0. All of them are known to have serious security issues for years, if not in the last decade (or more)!3. KLON customer support is available all week (Monday to Friday) and during regular business hours. Your FAQ and troubleshooting forum have been less than helpful. If I hadn't noticed that ActiveX was supposed to be enabled, I would have had to wait another day or two until they opened for business to call and probably answer 20 questions with their tech before I found out there was a problem with gave the ActiveX. Read the instructions carefully and watch the YouTube video several times. For those unfamiliar with electronics, take your time and read ALL the instructions before proceeding.
