Review on ๐ŸŒฝ Himal Collapsible Portable Corn Hole Boards: Convenient 3 x 2-feet Set with 8 Bean Bags by Ted Higdem

Revainrating 3 out of 5

fun game. Poor customer service and bag quality. Buyer Warning.

I bought this portable corn hole game to play at home and easy to take to the park. The game is fun, but it's more of a bean bag game than what you'd expect from a traditional corn farm with heavier bags and a hard landing pad. The pockets are fairly light/poorly tailored (see below) and the landing area has a soft "trampoline" effect due to the tension wire support structure. This surface actually makes the game quite fun (unexpected jumps!), but it's quite different from the results of hitting and sliding down a corn hole. Installation is easy, but as with all fold out wire products, folding it back into a portable carrying case takes a little practice. Practice creates masters. My only complaint, hence three stars, is that one of the bags broke early on and I had to fix the other bag before it did the same. I have contacted Himal twice to request a replacement beanbag and each time was told they would send a new one but they never did. It's a shame to be deceived. I suspect this means the warranty (and the extended warranty you can get by registering) is worthless. Guarantees are only as good as the company behind them. I had to buy several bags of Franklin 4" beans separately so we could keep playing. Overall, this is a fun indoor and portable parking game, but the quality of the bags is questionable and the customer service is poor.
