Throw away your German blacksmith knives and buy these Swedish blacksmith knives!

These are amazing knives. Just unbelievable! I'm a professional chocolatier, so I know my way around the kitchen well. I bought these for home use and they are the best knives I have ever used. First, the steel is Swedish. All of the knives I've owned have been made from German steel, which I consider to be the best multi-purpose knife steel. And then I tried Swedish steel. It's a bit harder than German steel so it can hold a much sharper edge, but not as brittle as Japanese steel so you don't have to worry about blade gouging. After using these knives I will trade all my German steel knives for Swedish steel knives. These knives are crafted with an Asian 16-degree angle, making them surgically sharp, but the Swedish steel means you don't have to worry about snipping a chunk off the blade. With a cheese knife you can effortlessly cut through the toughest cheeses. I cut a chicken bone and didn't even feel like cutting the bone. Cut a steak like the Red Sea just at the sight of one of the steak knives approaching! The scissors are amazing and usually the company just adds a set of kitchen knives to the knife set, damn it. These scissors are sharp and fully disassemble to ensure thorough cleaning. Oh, and the block of wood is great, but you won't even bother with the block once you feel these knives in your hand. The handles offer a good grip and each knife is perfectly balanced in the hand. I'm sure a lot of people think I'm getting paid to admire these knives, but that's not the case. I got a good deal on her just before Christmas, but anyone could get the same deal. Keep an eye on them as I've found these knives regularly appear in lightning deals or coupons for them. It's a new knife company, so they need business. These knives are made in China, but they prove that not everything that comes out of China is cheap junk. Like everywhere else, there are also artisans and artisans in China. These guys know their steel and they know their knives.
