My sister-in-law recommended this brush to me after hearing about it from many of her customers, parents of children with autism. My daughter has fine, coarse hair and her daily brushing was a challenge, even with a good detangler. Now she uses this brush (she prefers the smaller one which is perfect for her at age 4) along with the detangling spray daily and her hair is combed in minutes with no twitches, no pain and no drama. She used to avoid this task of grooming herself, but now she loves her hair and asks for braids and ponytails. That's a great brush!
