I really liked the set when I opened it. Looked very well made and looked like it had all the details and would work well. I think it will work very well in some applications. On the other hand, I was trying to get a few dents out of a stainless steel refrigerator. I think my problem is that the dents were small enough that there wasn't really a piece that matched the size of the dents I was trying to get out. It generally worked, but the problem I had was that it started gouging out the stainless steel and the dent was still there - so the dent didn't actually pop out, but a whole section of metal ripped out. At first I thought it was just my application, but then I looked at a small dent in my truck door and noticed that it would do the same thing with it and that there was no way to just pull the dent out. Overall - the suction is strong, it comes with all the parts and several heads of different sizes, but again I find them all too big, even the smallest ones - but I also understand that the heads are much smaller - most likely won't leave him enough Gripping surface and you lose traction. The biggest complaint was that I had trouble loosening the adhesive after squeezing it out.
