Our son couldn't get used to the bike seat on his bike, I tried adjusting the angle, height and distance but nothing worked. Eventually he settled on this soft seat cover and he agreed, no more pain. The padding is a heavy foam and requires a lot of pulling and stretching to install, but once in place it seems to stay in place. Definitely recommended, especially for those who cannot be comfortable in the saddle.
