Before purchasing I read many reviews and paid attention to those written by people who took the time to provide constructive feedback. First, the packaging was great. No damage to any parts. I had no trouble installing the spout. I may have to go back after it's empty to adjust the tightness of the plastic nut inside the canister as it leaks VERY slowly - maybe 3 drops every other day. The stand was easy to put together once you looked at the parts for a few minutes. I made it without human help. The instructions were almost useless so just use your common sense. The legs were easy to rotate to align them. It's quite durable if you put a water bottle on it. I don't like the color of the coaster - an ugly orange - so I'll paint it right away. This doesn't change my opinion that this was a good purchase. We use 3 gallon bottles. It is stable and there are no leaks around the seal between the bottle and canister. I am pleased with the ease of assembly and performance.
