1. I can’t say with certainty that the matter is in these lamps, but nevertheless, most likely it is in them: they started flashing immediately after purchase. Only the presence of 1 halogen lamp in the chandelier helped. The devil knows what kind of mysticism and how it affects. But as soon as the last halogen burned out, they began to blink again, sometimes just like a strobe, creating a "paradise" for people with epilepsy. 2. After 2 months, the brightness dropped dramatically. I took 7 pieces, 3 lamps worked out these 2 months, so a part was in reserve and now there is something to compare with. If earlier they shone very brightly and at the same time a little with a yellowish tinge, now the brightness has dropped and they shine white, which even turns blue in the photo
