These are really well made heavy duty hooks! They consist of a 10mm (13/32) shank welded to a 4mm (5/16) thick mounting plate - much thicker than regular 1/4" shank hooks and hold much more weight before flexing. The Kit includes two ladder hooks, a pair of straps with hooks, and a couple of screws with wallboard anchors for mounting part of the nominal. Before pulling out, I recommend forgoing the included hardware and screwing them directly to the studs with heavy-duty #12 pan-head screws that are long enough to allow at least 2" embedment into the wood. Lines with this type of gear. Highly recommended!
