I recently bought my first set of forged irons. I've had my last iron for 15 years so it's important to me. I don't really like iron cases and I know that others are unnecessary, easily lost, not cool etc. But I'm older and I want my new $1000+ clubs to be in perfect condition. The covers fit perfectly, the quality is good (time will tell). I like that they're thin, have a window to see the irons through, and velcro so they can't be removed. They are so light and thin that it takes me a second to take them off, put them in my pocket, slap them, clean the stick and come back. As I said - I wasn't a fan of them before but I really like them - yes I will make sure all moisture is wiped off before putting the cases on but they are very basic to protect your investment.
