Product works great. Very strong and stable suspension. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that when you set up the markers and press them against the wall, it's difficult to see the marker's mark. The wall I hung the framed painting on is slightly textured, making it difficult to see the dimple. However, after painting the tip of the marker with a dark marker and then pressing the image against the wall, I could see the marker dots due to the tiny dark mark that was left. Overall the product is excellent and offers very strong and reliable suspension. The picture does not wobble and does not bounce off the wall!
