We recently went on a 3 day canoe trip. We had two of these bags, one 40L and one 30L. This bag worked beter than anticipated. We used the larger to store our food in, and the smaller one was used by a friend as his clothing bag. Part of the trip involved portaging around a dam. The straps and handles on the bags made carrying them easy. They are durable and comfortable to use.Not only did the bags keep the items inside dry while on the river, but one night we had a strong storm come through. Items in both bags stayed dry. On this trip the bags got put through one test after another. Both held up.
